Troubleshoot issues with Yahoo Account Lockout
Lock up your security account by sending a reminder to your mobile phone instead of using a password to access your account. Use this guide to answer any questions or solve any problems that may arise.
+ Account Key is not received
Try this first:
Allow or enable notifications - Enable notifications in the Yahoo Mail app and from your mobile phone.

. Turn on 2-Step Verification for Yahoo! Mail
. Yahoo + AOL = Oath
Request another message - Click Resubmit on the Yahoo page to create a new message.
Still do not receive an Account Lock:
1 Access the Yahoo login page.
2 Enter your email address Click Next.
3 Click Use text or email to sign in.
4 Enter the missing digits of your phone number Click Submit.
5 If you have access to this phone, click Yes, send me an Account Lock.
6 No access? You will receive an option to verify your alternate email address instead.
7 Tap or enter the verification code to confirm.
8 Click Continue to access your account.
